Strengthening the link between academia and the food & drink industries

To meet the increasing demands in the UK’s food & drink sector, businesses must explore collaborations with partners focused on research, development, and innovation (RD&I). Academic institutions have actively worked both independently and in cooperation with the industry to enhance and introduce newer sustainable food and drink products.
