New podcast looks at the latest Eastern Arc project funded by the ESRC

Three academics from the Eastern Arc universities of UEA, Essex and Kent successfully secured a £420k grant from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) last month. It looks at the effect the coronavirus pandemic has had on volunteering in the UK, examining the differences in each of the UK’s home nations.
Ewen Speed (Essex), Jurgen Grotz (UEA) and Eddy Hogg (Kent) are joined by the project’s principal investigator Irene Hardill of Northumbria University to discuss their plans, and to look at the wider context for their work.
