EARC Mentoring Scheme: Guides available

The Eastern Arc Mentoring Scheme is due to start this month with kick-off meetings in early January. In readiness for this, three guides have been published to help guide both mentors and mentees.
They provide a brief overview of what mentoring is about, how mentors and mentees can prepare for their meetings, and offer hints and tips on how to run the sessions.
Although these guides have been specifically prepared for the EARC Scheme, they are can be used as a useful framework for anyone planning their own mentoring scheme.
