EARC endorses closer engagement with Europe through Interreg

The European Interreg programme provides funding for cross-border regional collaboration. However, the UK’s involvement in the scheme is on hold.

Eastern Arc wrote a letter of support for the renewed participation of the UK in Interreg 2028–2034, as we see the geography around the Southern Bight of the North Sea and the English Channel as an important European region with significant opportunities for stakeholders on both sides.
