The government’s ‘place’ agenda: What does it mean and what is EARC’s view?

The ‘levelling up’ agenda is a key policy priority for the government and was highlighted in its recent R&D Roadmap.

As a regional consortium, such a policy is central to our work, and we have set out our position on this here.
