Put Your Project on the Map

This Project Map is being organised by researchers at the University of Essex by Professor Gina Yannitell Reinhardt and her research team. If you contribute the details of an existing project to the map, we will ask you to provide a web address (for a website, or a facebook group, etc.) so that we may verify the details of the projects on the map. In case the project does not have a source we can consult online, we ask for your name and email address, so that we can verify the project details with you.

The personal information you put into this online form will be saved by the research team only until you have been contacted, at which point they will be destroyed. Your name and contact information will be stored on secure University servers according to GDPR regulations.

In writing at this link, we have informed you about the project goals, your rights as a participant, the purpose and form of the research, and information about how your data will be used and stored. We have provided an Information Leaflet with relevant information and contact details of the University researchers responsible for the project.

By entering your information and ticking the box above, you agree to have your information stored for the purposes of contacting you regarding information you put into the map. You confirm that you are entering the information voluntarily and without pressure, and that you understand that you may withdraw your contact information at any time by contacting a member of the project mapping team, without providing a reason for doing so.
