This exciting project will apply the latest insights from psychology and behavioural economics to develop, implement and test behaviour change interventions in different areas of the Anglian Water business (e.g. to reduce household water consumption, to reduce inappropriate disposals in the wastewater system). The project combines academic research with commercial focus. We seek to understand how members of the public value water and how we can incentivise behaviour change.
The vast majority of your time will be spent at the Anglian Water premises in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, under the supervision of the dedicated company team with access to the skills, resources and tools required to complete the project. You will also receive academic supervision and will have access to expertise and resources from the University of East Anglia. You will also have a dedicated training budget to further develop your skills.
A Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) is a three-way project between an associate, a company and a university which facilitates the transfer of knowledge, technology and skills to which the company partner currently has no access.
